Twelve ways to SLOW down!

As a busy chickadee, I know that sometimes we need to slow down and chill out so that we can be even MORE productive for the long term. I’ve been given many suggestions/methods on how to accomplish this, and here’s some of the things I’ve done (there are way more options out there, but here are just some to get you started) to slow my roll: 

1) Get some extra sleep

2) Schedule breaks into your calendar

3) Yoga

4) Meditation

5) Acupuncture

6) Massages

7) Qigong

8) Say “no” more often

9) Take time away from technology

10) Keep focus on one task at a time

11) Take a walk

12) Have a meal with a friend
