3 (quick) ways to stand in your power

Recently, I learned what it meant to stand in my power. Here are a few brief things you can do to start standing in yours.

1. Acknowledge and share your strengths. Everyone on this earth has a gift (or multiple gifts!), and it differs from person to person. Know what yours are and share them with the world, because there is someone out there that needs you and what you have to offer.

2. Ask for what you need. As just mentioned, everyone on this earth has a gift (or multiple gifts!), and it differs from person to person. Seek out those people who can fulfill your various needs and compliment your strengths. There is nothing selfish about this if you are sharing your gifts as well.

3. Embrace discomfort and fear. Fear exists to keep you safe. However, always letting fear prevail can lead to missed opportunities, especially when there is something that you desire. When you are able to embrace these feelings of fear and tackle some of them head on, you will reap the benefits and experience true personal growth.

What other ways can you think of that allow you to stand in your power?
