Answering Questions on Time Management

I don’t know what happened, but many people I talked to last week felt like they were in a slump. Some of my clients, my friends, family members…they were dragging, feeling unproductive, feeling overwhelmed with an already ridiculously long to-do list, some still stuck with the holiday hangover…I don’t think this was the way people wanted to kick off 2017.

Were you (or are you still) feeling this way?

Meanwhile, I’ve been doing pretty good getting myself settled into a routine, which I mentioned was my “theme” for January, and celebrating the fact that as of this morning I’ve exercised SEVEN of the last ten days, and still miraculously managing a 5:30am wake up call, which is a HUGE shift from my 2016 routine. I’m feeling pretty positive about my start to the year, but I want to help get anyone who feels like they’ve already missed their opportunity to rock out 2017 (because it is 2 weeks into the year already, and by now, most people have started to give up on their resolutions), to do a New Year’s Do Over.

Last week, I asked my friends on social media what their struggles were with time management and routines, and I was flooded with questions. People do tend to coin me as a time management guru, and I absolutely love helping people put a reasonable plan together that will leave them with more ease and less stress and overwhelm; you know, the “have more fun while getting stuff done” thing!

Check out the Facebook Live video below that I created to all those questions. I also shared some of the things I’m doing right now to keep me productive in case they might help you.

Have an amazing rest of your week, and remember: you can start your new year ANY DAY!
